We are looking for a meticulous and structured Master Data Validator with an interest in systems and data quality to join our Master Data team. In this role, you will work with validation, updating, and maintenance of item data to ensure high data quality that supports the organization's strategic goals. You will also contribute to developing and streamlining processes and ensuring that the item structure is correct. You will be part of an engaged team where collaboration, structure, and quality are in focus. They work in a changing environment where they constantly develop their working methods.

Your main responsibilities:

• Validate, update, and ensure the quality of item and supplier data
• Ensure item structure and attributes
• Support the business by maintaining high master data quality
• Contribute to the development of processes, system support, and work routines within master data
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure effective data management

The assignment is a full-time position that begins with a 6-month probationary period with a chance for extension. The position is full-time and starts as soon as the right candidate is found. Office hours with some flexibility apply. An introduction will take place at the start. You will be employed by us at StudentConsulting but will work as a consultant at the client's fine office in Stockholm.

THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications:

• Experience working with master data
• Good system skills, preferably experience with SAP and GS1/Validoo
• Very good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience from the grocery trade is an advantage
